Dr. Marlene Kalouyan is a board certified obstetrician/gynecologist of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology who recently joined the Womens Health Specialists West Hills. Dr. Kalouyan received a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, and a Theatre Minor from the University of Southern California. After college, she taught math at her Alma Mater high school, Armenian Mesrobian, and then spent time completing Neuroscience basic science research. Always knowing that medicine was her true calling, she went on to earn her Medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine. She completed her rigorous obstetrics-gynecology residency training at the Kaiser Permanente Hospital, Los Angeles Medical Center.
Dr. Kalouyan is passionate about providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to woman of all ages. Dr. Kalouyan is dedicated to providing the highest level of individualized, evidence-based, and compassionate care to each of her patients. She takes pride in the efforts she makes to listen to her patients, educating them, and formulating a personalized treatment plan.
In her spare time, Dr. Kalouyan enjoys spending time with her dog Biggy, watching movies, and bargain shopping. She is fluent in English and Armenian.
