I love the staff at this office. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They kept the restrooms well-stocked. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I love how attentive his staff was. Even when notified that he had a personal phone call, he always waited to take it later. His full attention was always on me and it made me feel special. If not for a change of insurance plans I would still be his patient. Dr. Freedman is my hero ever since he gave me time to try for my 2 children when others would have done a hysterectomy because of fibroids, ovarian cysts, and endometriosis.

I saw Dr. Naghmeh Khodai, as my gynecologist for just a few visits. I was having an extreme problem which she listened to, and gave me real assistance with. With her help, we figured out the cause and were able to fix it. Going to the gynecologist isn't exactly fun, but she was by far the best I have ever encountered - she was very sincere, caring, and helpful. I highly recommend you go to her if you are in need of a visit in that department - make her your regular doctor! I moved, sadly, but she was great.

I was having trouble finding an ob/gyn doc that I was happy with. My general doctor recommended Dr. Olender and I'm so glad he did. I saw her before I was pregnant and was very happy with the care I received. Also, I just had my first baby and Dr. O was fantastic during my prenatal care as well as the delivery. Her West Hills office is great. The nurses are great, the staff is great, and I really like this doc. I've recommended her to my friends without any hesitation.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

I've been a patient of Dr. Khodai for almost a year. I switched to her from another Dr. whom I had been a patient of for over 12 years in another network/hospital who just had too many patients, and over 2 hour waits, where I just felt like a number or "just another patient". My experience with Dr. Khodai was completely the other end of the spectrum. She was always punctual with my appointments, always upbeat and positive, even when giving bad news, and always supportive and understanding. She ALWAYS followed up with me on any test results (I never had to track her down, she always called me as soon as she got them), and went out of her way to expedite procedures and obtain lab results. She never rushed through appointments, and always took the time to listen. I really appreciate her professionalism and her level of care. She is sincere and kind, and I highly recommend her.

Dr. O went above and beyond. I have never had a Dr. sit with me for so long to find out everything about my history and how my pregnancy was going. If I had any fears she calmed me down and gave me facts. Dr. O can be blunt but it is honest and is facts that need to be heard. She did a great job with my labor. This will be my OB for now on. She is skilled and talented. I have referred several people already.

After dumping 2 other doctors I finally found Dr. Freedman and he is fantastic at what he does. Very knowledgeable, sits and listens to your concerns, answers every question, makes you feel calm and safe.He respected my wishes to wait until my due date (unlike other doctors). This allowed me to go into labor naturally. He was very patient with me. After 40 hours of labor and 3 pushing I had a natural birth and my son came out healthy. He had mild jaundice for 3 days like most babies but is now strong and healthy. After giving birth he is very attentive as well and makes sure you are healing correctly.
